I am an experienced cybersecurity professional and licensed attorney, blending technical and legal expertise to deliver pragmatic solutions for clients facing complex operational and regulatory challenges.

My experience includes incident response, security assessments, cybersecurity governance, privacy compliance, and technology-focused legal counsel for organizations across multiple industries. I work with companies from five person startups to Fortune 50 companies.

I have also served as in-house counsel for consulting firms, helping businesses navigate contracts, employment matters, non-competes, regulatory obligations, and operational risk.

I named my firm Section 4 after my first year section at Temple Law. I went to law school not for my own ego, but to help others.
